its been a while!
I had moved back in April and life became a jumble since then- I ended up losing the majority of my code for FanRite due to a hard drive failure on my laptop... (I should have been sending it to Git but unfortunately I just didn't think about it at the time. big mistake T_T) I haven't had time to pursue any creative.. well, anything? lately. I even got covid again, ahah- but this time I was knocked out thru most of it. We're still kickin tho!
Things messed around with:
- ~*~*~* OPTIMIZATION *~*~*~ - You'll notice some things load faster. I learned how to make thumbnails with php :3
- hanamaki32.life - This is prolly the biggest one, my Second Life blog. I made this back in May after tumblr banned my blog for having transgender pride in it. Trans rights baby! .. I just haven't updated it since June though........
- atelier.quest - Now links to a carrd instead of my tumblr. I accidentally let the renewal lapse for a day and tumblr wants $5 for a domain name link. Due to what happened in the above, no :3
- Wallpapers - Added more of the OG Ragnarok Online wallpapers to the Wallpapers area. Some of these are no longer displayed on Gravity's IRO site for some reason. But having a hyper fixation on RO helps out sometimes :3 There are other misc wallpapers added too.
- Galleries - I added some real life pictures and silly screenshots and other things I enjoy. Hope you enjoy them too
- Archive
- Videos Archive Added backups of some videos I found funny to the folder.
- Midi Song Collection - yeah!!!!!!
- Homura Shrine with the code I used for a tumblr layout 10 years ago.
- Wadanohara Art archive. As it says on the tin. I have a shitton of countless tumblr fanart for the series, so its going in here. This archive will not be public because I don't have any credit for the art I saved. Thank you 2014 phone backups.
- Videos Archive Added backups of some videos I found funny to the folder.
- My Art - Uploaded backups of all my youtube videos after 2009. I still have lost generally a lot of videos between 2007-2008 though :(
Plans I have:
=> I may be making an otwarchive subdomain on here for my fanworks and for others *i would like to invite* to host their works worry free. AO3 is getting hit with DNS attack again and my worry is they may eventually fall out because I will be brutally honest: were "in a society" (lol) that is so based around consumption now that you have to have pure ethics on what you consume. I have a whole opinion on it but I'll leave it at that for now.
=> Another thing I want to do, and its a really, really big project- Is to start archiving lesser known VOCALOID music and MikuMikuDance content. The deviantart spaces are dying and there really are no backups- a but of a failure on my part but also because a whole whopping 200GB of my own MMD files were wiped back when my first hard drive failed. I'm *still* upset about it bc I had an extensive directory of it all.. sighs.
=> Lastly, I want to do something a little nuts- I want to become my own Manga/JNovel Licensor. I say this because there are a lot of Japanese Light Novels that I enjoy that are probably to never be considered outside Japan but.. I want to try it. I want to use real translators too, none of the Machine TL'd bs that's been happening lately, and I want it to be completely faithful to the material. I honestly don't know How it works- I'm currently researching it. I don't even have a definitive name for it yet... but we'll get there

Changing Tides and Times!
I updated my Sakura TCG post to have a shiny new layout, so now it looks much cuter with Hanako and the gang :3 Hopefully I can stop tweaking it so I can actually collect some cards...
I also finally added a new gallery site: Wallpapers. Eternal Anime first started out as a Wallpaper site, after all, and this is all wallpapers I've had downloaded to my harddrives for years to share with all of you. This site is completely seperate from my collective and archive to make it a much easier experience to navigate! If you notice any fanart please don't be afraid to contact me- I tried to make sure everything was sourced from official artists (Except for the Persona wallpaper- that ones actually personal!)
I haven't gotten to work on endless journey for a bit, since I am still recovering from COVID. It truly is a slow process, but eventually I want to collaborate more on the discord with what I could add and fit into the site. However my communication has mostly been Work 10hrs -> Read a book -> Sleep -> Work 10hrs -> Code -> Sleep as of late.
Another thing that is slowly in the works: my fan collective and fanlisting/archives will be split into two sites. My fan collective currently resides at the fan sub-domain, while eternal-anime remains an archive host but all the goodies are still stuffed into the fan subdomain. I hope to get these seperated at one point for less clutter so I can retain my sanity a little longer :3
I am also happy to announce that I got a new archive up - There's some Midis I got from a... baby screensaver DVD CD? So I uploaded all of those and got them ready to go.

I finally got my domain and hosting re-instated, with everything re-uploaded :3 I'm still having issues with Enthusiast and that may persist until the end of time honestly, the stats will not work in my favor and I may need to cut out fanlisting for a while until I get FansRite completed. Thanks COVID for giving me 5 days of focusing on things aha (dies)
kinotabi.info is also back, and I'm giving it more updates than ever :D I'm currently working on the music page over there!
The only downfall is solstice.party was bought by someone else (I'm sorry if you're getting a ton of requests from my site- I'm still trying to fix URLS!) but that's OK, I hope they have a happy marriage!

Now most errors have a little Sailor Moon sprite and message depending on the error.
If you go to the error page with no code or a bad code, you can't brew any coffee.

Old domain, new tricks!
As you may have noticed, I currently reside at solstice.party... again. I lost my job and couldn't afford to renew eternal-anime.org, so it ended up expiring and going into redemption. Hopefully in the next month I'll be able to pick it back up again, and take all the steps to make everything accommodate right.
solstice.party is separated into subdomains:
- solstice.party: looks like a carrd with links to everything
- tome.solstice.party: You are here! this is my fancollective/meat of my site.
- tarot.solstice.party: my TCG post, as I noticed Sakura is about to reboot
- wish.solstice.party: my tumblr
- a.solstice.party: my archive hub, where I hold all the archives of sites i've saved.
I also have a new site that, for whatever reason, I never announced back in March: imagineyour.site, meant to be a little hub of knowledge for those who want to build their own site. It's not *meant* to look great, it's just a fast text-based webpage directory.
In better news, the VaNoe shrine & FL is practically complete, and the Kino's journey FL was TAFL approved! ... back in July lol. If you're a TAFL rep and see this update: please figure out how to configure your Email's titles. I didn't even know I got approved until last month when you put me in Troubles
I'm also currently learning Ruby on Rails (again) so I can begin working on my fanshrine management program in the works, FansRite. I'm also picking Java back up to improve my skillset. Maybe someone will look my way...

Fixed CuteNews, and found a bug too!
It showcases how *not* secure this script is, as I completely forgot the password,
and CuteNews would not mail me a password reset despite me KNOWING the email
1. Rename your Old CuteNews folder from news/ to something like news2/
2. Upload a fresh install of CuteNews to the original directory news/
3. Navigate to the new install and complete registration with the same username and email.
4. LogIn to the New install.
5. Navigate to your old installation news2/ and see that... you're also logged in to that one.
6. Change your password.
7. Profit.
8. Delete your new installed directory, and rename your old directory back to its original path.
An actual update will come after this lol
new front page, menu organization & sites
I've update the site quite a bit now, theres more organization and category pages!
The new, front page is actually a carrd kind of deal: it displays a quick About Me as well as links to other sites & social media I have. I decided to use this in place of making a carrd!
The secondary front page now displays statistics of my Fan Collective, rather than it being a separate page.
CONTENT has been split into 3 NEW CATEGORIES: ARCHIVES, GFX and WRITING
ALL of these categories require you to agree to my sites disclaimer before entering!
- CODE Currently takes you to my GitHub page, but eventually it'll lead to an Onsite page
- LAYOUTS currently takes you to my GitHub page of multiple web layouts you can view and eventually download.
Eventually this will bec me its own site on the page, too.
The one this site uses is a modified version of Bubbly!

Rules page added
There isn't anything BAD on this site, but the definition of "bad" is so loose for fandom nowadays that anything could set someone off if they're in a bad mood. Its exhausting, so to prevent complaints I've added this little rules system.
This only applies to anything in the "content" tab, owned/joined fls and the main about pages aren't affected. ^^
